Answer to question of whether or not a divorced secular Jewish woman needs a Get.
I am a secular divorced woman living in the New York area. I divorced five years ago and never received a Get. My ex is Jewish but our wedding was not at all traditional. Do I still need a Get?
From your description it appears that you do not need a Get. However, you should consult with a local Orthodox rabbi.
